Shared work: the lecture

Often, the differences between collaborators—perspectives, backgrounds, ideologies and aspirations—become the focus of meetings rather than getting work done together. In this clip from our public lecture at the Dalhousie College of Sustainability, we explore how a model for shared work helps collaborators move forward on the issues and challenges we care most about in our organizations, communities, and systems.

Many thanks to the College of Sustainability and the Royal Bank of Canada's Sustainability Leadership Certificate program for hosting—we were thrilled to explore our model and work intensively with students around how to integrate equity into their long-term leadership and change efforts.
