Tim and Tuesday discuss their experience with the Art of Hosting, a global community of practice focused on participatory leadership and problem-solving, where they reflect on their involvement in the community and their evolution within it. They share memories from their early days and the importance of creating the right conditions for people to solve their own problems. They also discuss how they have integrated their learnings from the Art of Hosting and developed their own approach and methodologies, while still maintaining a close relationship with the community.
