Gian Paul:  Why am I passionate to inspire Organisational Development by Nature.

I have the privilege of having grown up in the Engadin, a valley in the Swiss Alps, which taught me Nature's beauty, seasonality and power. I return for several weeks, every year, to my roots and enjoy the inspiration and recreation through running, hiking and skiing in this beautiful landscape.

For over 25 years, I have enabled organizations and people to clarify, develop, and achieve their ambitions either in the Financial Services, Humanitarian or Non-Profit Sectors. Depending on the context, focus on individual senior leaders, teams or the entire organization, I build my contributions on my experiences in Human Resources, Strategy Development, Facilitation and Coaching.

About 5 years ago, I had the opportunity to contribute to the development of an Operating System Visualization, rooted in the comparison and analogies of two living systems: A Bee Hive and an Organizational Structure. This first spark of leveraging Nature as a source of inspiration triggered my passion to deepen my understanding of Biomimicry and to continue to use Nature as inspiration for my own Organizational Development practice.

I’m excited to share with participants my learnings to date and to create a community who are passionate to spread this thinking as a contribution for a more humane and sustainable world.
