There are people trailblazing new paths and there are good people working in broken systems trying to make change. Both are needed. Tuesday and Tim are joined by friend and past client, Carolyn Townsend, principal owner of Alongside Strategy & Innovation and co-founder of the Future of Hockey Lab. They discuss the opportunities for, and barriers to, accessible sport in Nova Scotia, the challenges of "systems change" nebulous language, and the power and vulnerability of optimism and hope.
